Cancellation and Refund Policy:We also know that the circumstances may change. Our policy aims to be fair to both our clients and our business. In the event of an emergency, please notify us before the event.
Booking amount 20% and final payment - balance 80% on or before event
Dates
- This proposal is valid for 30 days
- The dates are not confirmed and subject to our availability which may change without prior notice.
- No dates are blocked till the booking amount is received and an acknowledgment for the same
Travel, Food & Accommodation
- For events outside Pune, air travel, local transport.
- Accommodation will be arranged by client or charged as per actuals. For outstation as well as Mumbai events, the crew eats with guests or a per diem, per meal will be charged for each crew member
Copyrights
- The Creative Digital Photo Studio reserves the right to all photographs and film content.
- We may use a part of the content on our social media/website to promote our work A non-disclosure agreement can be signed to restrict the usage of photos or videos by paying an additional 20% fee.
Drones
- Drones are subject to DCGA & government regulations.
- The client has the responsibility of obtaining permissions to fly drone from the event venue and local authorities
